PRODUCTIVE: Working hard and getting good results

Why is it necessary? Because, it helps to produce more work in less time and also helps to complete work on time.

Today I am going to share with you some tips or ways to stay productive, which have helped me a lot.

1) A minimum 7 hours sleep

We all have a tendency, to skip our sleep, so that, we can complete our other work. But that’s where we make a mistake. Sleep should be our first priority, because our whole day is controlled by our brain. When we feel tired, we take some rest, similarly we need to give our brains rest too. Sleep is the fuel of our brain.


Meditation is another very effective method through which, you can give your mind some peace. And especially during these hard times, meditation helps reduce stress. The best time to meditate is early morning, as it helps us to have a good start for the day.

3) Workout

Working out helps us to stay fit, both physically and mentally. It helps to lower anxiety and depression level. It improves our memory and helps our brain to function properly. It’s not fair to leave or avoid such a practice that has so many benefits.

4) Organise yourself

Note down all your activities or works that you do every day and how much time you require to do each of them. Accordingly, set your time and make a proper timetable, adding not just your daily activities but also your hobbies. That’s one way you can organise yourself and do all your work on time. Thus, it will help increase your productivity.

5) Spend time doing your hobbies

As I like reading, I spend half an hour daily reading a book. This helps me to stay happy and calm. Whatever you like doing, be it painting, baking, cooking, or any other activity, it’s your choice.
